Terms & Conditions:
- In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 7 days of delivery.
- No Refunds and Exchanges on certain products. Please check individual product pages for more details on each product. No Returns and Exchanges are possible on products purchased during SALE.
- Return/exchanges are not eligible for sale items.
- Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
- In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense (if requested by you). No amount will be reimbursed in this case nor will the new/exchanged pair be dispatched.
- Exchanges for a particular product are subject to the availability of the product. In the event that the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. This credit note can be used to purchase any item from our website.
- We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges. - Any products purchased from PANOS Warehouse will be returned to the place of purchase.
In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
Return Process:

- Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.
How to use a Panos Credit Note:
- PANOS Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
- On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
- The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
- The validity of the credit note is 1 month
- Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

Refund policy:
- Panos offers returns and exchanges on all non-sale orders returned within 7 days of receipt by the customer.
- Panos will initiate a refund within 7 days, after receiving the product at our warehouse. Please note that refund is available in the form of STORE CREDIT only and no monetary refunds are possible.
- Sale items are not eligible for return, and can only be exchanged for a different size or different style, if available.

- Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- The return process takes approx 2 weeks as once the reverse pick-up is initiated, it takes us 5-7 business days to receive the product back in our warehouse.
- COD amount will not be refunded in case of a return or exchange
- A marginal cost of Rs 200 per pair will be borne by customer if the customer requests us pick up the product for a return or exchange. Else any returns/exchanges can be shipped to us on the address below
