panosindia.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Any cancellations on PREPAID orders initiated by 7-10 will result in a refund of the entire order amount.

Refund for Prepaid Orders:

For prepaid orders, cancellations will be promptly processed, and refunds will be issued within 2-3 working days. Please Note once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
